Software1 is a private trading management application that may use WhatsApp to send system, recovery, trading, and service-related notifications to authorized users.
Software1 may process a WhatsApp recipient phone number, notification content, message identifiers, and message delivery status where needed to provide and monitor notifications.
Information is used only to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and monitor Software1 and its notification services.
Software1 does not sell personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties. WhatsApp messaging is provided through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and is subject to Meta's applicable terms and policies.
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for operation, diagnostics, security, and notification history.
Reasonable technical and operational measures are used to protect information handled by Software1.
Privacy-related requests may be directed to the Software1 administrator.
